Service Delivery Policy

Wovara CRM is software delivered over the internet. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no couriers, tracking numbers or delivery charges. This page explains what you receive and when, which is the equivalent of a shipping policy for a hosted service.

In short

  • Sign-up access is immediate — your trial workspace exists the moment you register.
  • Paid plans activate within seconds of payment confirmation, automatically.
  • Connecting your own WhatsApp number is self-serve via Meta’s Embedded Signup, usually minutes; Meta’s own review of numbers and templates can take longer and is outside our control.
  • Payment succeeded but plan didn’t activate? Email us the payment reference — we activate it or refund it in full.

What is delivered

Access to your Wovara CRM workspace at app.wovara.in, at the plan level you paid for, including the seats, contact allowance and message allowance shown on the pricing page.

When it is delivered

  • On sign-up: immediately. Your workspace is created as soon as you register and you can use it straight away on a free trial.
  • On payment: immediately. Your plan is upgraded as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, normally within seconds. You do not need to wait for a human to enable anything.
  • Connecting WhatsApp: connecting your own WhatsApp Business number is done by you through Meta's official Embedded Signup and usually completes in a few minutes. Meta, not Go4Lead, controls the approval of a number and of message templates, and their review can take longer.

If delivery fails

If a payment succeeds but your plan does not activate, email grow@go4lead.com with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund the payment in full — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Service availability

The platform is intended to be available continuously, apart from planned maintenance, which we schedule outside Indian business hours where possible. Enterprise plans may carry a separate availability commitment agreed in writing.
